We understand that scheduling conflicts occur, but due to the high demand for our skilled technicians, we must adhere to the following policy to ensure fair and efficient service for all customers:
Timely Notice Required: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule.
No-Show/At-the-Door Cancellation: If our technician arrives at the scheduled location and the customer is not present or the appointment is canceled at the door, the customer will be charged a trip fee equivalent to our standard service call minimum $155 to compensate for the technician’s time and travel expenses.
Payment for services is due in full immediately upon completion of the work unless a prior written agreement has been established for larger projects. We accept payments by cash, check, and all major credit cards.
Invoices: Invoices for completed work are due upon receipt.
Late Payments: Invoices not paid within 30 days will be subject to a late payment fee and/or accrued interest at the maximum rate permitted by Texas law.
Collections: The customer agrees to pay all costs incurred by Russell Electric in collecting any past-due amounts, including collection agency fees and reasonable attorney fees.
Russell Electric guarantees the quality of our workmanship and provides the following warranty:
Labor Warranty: We provide a one (1) year warranty on all labor performed by our technicians, effective from the date of completion. If any issues arise directly from faulty workmanship within this period, we will correct the issue at no additional labor cost to the customer.
Materials/Parts: The warranty on materials and parts is governed by the manufacturer's warranty, and Russell Electric makes no additional warranties, expressed or implied, on parts. We will assist the customer in processing manufacturer warranty claims where applicable.
This limited warranty does not cover: defects or damage caused by misuse, modifications, acts of God (including weather/lightning), or work performed by others.
Limitation of Liability: Russell Electric’s total liability for any and all claims arising out of or related to the service provided shall be limited to the total amount paid by the customer for that specific service. We are not liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
Governing Law: This agreement and all services provided by Russell Electric are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
